Clean-up samples

@ianbarber do you know what the plans are around samples for Web Fundamentals before I/O? e.g will they be getting moved to their own repo.

At the moment we include three selected directories of them as part of this project.

They could be linked up to the index but before doing any changes to whats there I just thought it would be useful to touch base.

haven't totally decided whether it makes sense to do the move before or after IO. Though I am keen to get them moved, its not the highest priority thing on my immediate list. Do you have much of a preference? Or thoughts on how it could be made easier to include the samples we want here?

No rush :) My preference would probably be a dedicated repo, but I'm now wondering: since we have the default layout (hamburger menu) in place, does it make sense to just include one or two of the samples and avoid including all of the other files? Trying to think of overall value of all samples being included out of the box.
