The Stand Up! Application uses the AlarmManager to schedule an inexact repeating alarm that delivers a notification to remind the user to stand up, approximately every fifteen minutes.
For this app you should be familiar with:
- Creating and running apps in Android Studio.
- Receiving Broadcast Intents in a Broadcast Receiver.
- Creating a Notification with the Notification Builder.
- Implementing onCheckChanged listeners for toggle buttons.
- Scheduling alarms with AlarmManager.
- Checking if an alarm was already set.
- Canceling repeating alarms.
- Download and open the app in Android Studio.
