New Release Roadmap Page

To best help the community plan, to best forward information of breaking changes, to give a better idea of when things will happen, we started to make public the Release Schedule for Arduino Core for ESP32, along the Component for ESP-IDF. We are using GH Wiki for that.

Of course, all information listed there are based on a best effort and best case scenarios. Well, even if we need to move dates around, it is still better to be informed than not. The schedule will be updated at every release or when dates change.

"Preview" of C5 and C61 is not included into RC1, is that correct ?

@lyusupov for the C5, please use this branch: https://github.com/espressif/arduino-esp32/tree/release/v3.3.x
You can manually check it out and use it as a in sketchbok board as described in https://docs.espressif.com/projects/arduino-esp32/en/latest/installing.html#windows-manual-installation

C61 and C5 are IDF preview. In such case those could be used within Arduino as IDF Component building process. In that case, it shall be managed and built using IDF tools (don't use arduino tools).
