There are two Arduino.cc articles on the Mkr1010 for battery powering.
These two articles have conflicting info. for the battery pin polarity.
https://docs.arduino.cc/tutorials/mkr-wifi-1010/mkr-battery-app-note/
This has photos and states that the +ve pin is on the left (when facing the board connector)

https://docs.arduino.cc/tutorials/mkr-wifi-1010/powering-with-batteries/
This has photos showing the battery +ve polarity on the right !!!

Which is correct?

So uses claims that info is different:

Which is right, info is different.

Checking CAD files:

Correct one is the one that has the VCC (red cable) **to the left near the power management IC as it can be seen at: ** https://docs.arduino.cc/tutorials/mkr-wifi-1010/mkr-battery-app-note/

Thank you @pcarew for noticing this, an internal task PXCT-900 has been created to update the wrong tutorial when possible. Closing and marked as solved.
