Keyboard Shortcut search is done per query character rather than by keyword #2464

Description

Describe the problem

Searching through the pretty extensive list of keyboard shortcuts, the search tool isn't of any much help since it 'scrabbles' it's keyword together from all of the text there is.

To reproduce

File > Advanced > Keyboard Shortcuts
Type 'hide' in the search field and notice the amount of results that don't make sense, like:
'Search: Find in Folder...'
This is obviously not the way one expects the search tool to work.

Expected behavior

Only shortcuts are displayed that contain the keyword(s), or part of it/them, typed in the search field.
