Change container registry used in test #287

For now, GitHub Container Registry for org Arduino is buggy then in PR #286 we used my private container in order to restore CI.
Once the feature will be stable change the docker container in tests.yml using the proper one located at https://github.com/arduino/go-docker-mqtt-ubuntu-env
