The video classification brick also has the VIDEO_DEVICE variable

YOu need to change also the brick_compose.yaml using the new EI_V_CLASSIFICATION_MODEL instead of EI_CLASSIFICATION_MODEL

Need to update the variable EI_CLASSIFICATION_MODEL inside the brick_compose with EI_V_OBJ_DETECTION_MODEL
