HTTPS links in Board Manager

I'm getting a couple errors when using HTTPS URLs for the "More info" and "Online help" links in third party packages in the latest hourly build.

Here's the error:

The file: https:/github.com/rkistner/arcore doesn't exist the url in that message is missing a slash that exists in the source file. I'm testing with the Adafruit package_*_index.json files found here: https://github.com/arduino/Arduino/wiki/Unofficial-list-of-3rd-party-boards-support-urls
