  2. Refactor and centralize audio setup in AudioSetupService 

    - Create a shared AudioSetupService to handle all audio-related setup code.
- Fixes background audio playback and ensures consistent behavior between CarPlay and main app launches.
- Removes code duplication between SceneDelegate and CarPlaySceneDelegate.
