Rework pipenv caching test (#375)

* Rework python-pipenv-dependencies-caching test

* Update Pipfile.lock hash in the tests

* Rework python-pipenv-dependencies-caching-path test

* Set location for pipenv test

* Remove requests package from tests

* Test pipenv without caching

* Enable pipenv cache
