<h2 class="title">What?</h2>
Tryouts that select and form UIUC's ICPC regional teams. Participants will write code to solve problems on their own. Top-ranking contestants will form 3-5 teams each consisting 3 people. <br>
</div>

<h2 class="title">When?</h2>
First tryout: <b>Saturday, September 22nd, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM</b><br>
Second tryout: <b>Saturday, October 6th, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM</b><br>
To qualify for regional team selection, you will have to participate in <b>at least one</b> of the two tryouts. Taking both tryouts is strongly recommended. <br>

We will be providing pizza and drinks for lunch (starting from 10:20 AM), plus snacks during the contest. You can also bring your own snacks and drinks. <br>

<h2 class="title">Eligibility</h2>
You are eligible for regional team selection as long as you are eligible for the regional contest this fall. <br><br>
You are most likely to be eligible if you are
<ul style="margin-left:2em">
<li>Enrolled in University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and</li>
<li>Started college in 2014 or later <b>OR</b> born in 1995 or later. </li>

<h2 class="title">Rules</h2>
During the contest internet usage (Google, Stack Overflow, etc) is forbidden, with the following exceptions:
<ul style="margin-left:2em">

<li><a href="https://en.cppreference.com/w/" target="_blank">C++ 11 Reference</a></li>
<li><a href="https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/api" target="_blank">Java 8 Reference</a></li>
<li><a href="https://docs.python.org" target="_blank">Python 3 Reference</a></li>
</ul><br>
Any physical reference materials such as notes, textbooks, printed code, etc are allowed. Electronic and digital reference materials are forbidden. <br>
If we catch you accessing forbidden materials, you will be <b>immediately disqualified</b> for regional team selection. <br>
The rules are tentative and are subjective to change at our discretion. <br>
