Miscellaneous fixes to stdlib docs

Mainly fixed modules annotations (e.g. for
LinAlg functions, FFTW etc.)

Also fixed:

* some misquotings (e.g. `a` -> ``a``)
* some external links
* cosmetics (whitespace, lists, etc.)
