Updated to latest versions v1.4.0 each.

Doctrine phpstorm-meta

Added more definitions in DBAL meta
Added more definitions in ORM meta
Added support for array key completion by deep-assoc-completion plugin

Symfony phpstorm-meta

Added meta for Monolog
Added meta for DomCrawler component
Added meta for Config component
Added meta for Mime component
Added meta for HttpClient component (with support by deep-assoc plugin)
Updated meta for Validator component (Constraint violation/errors)
Updated meta for Templating component
Support request methods also as scalar strings
