  1. feat: upgrade Next.js 15 and React 19, fix font configuration 

    - Upgraded Next.js to 15.5.0 and React to 19.2.0 with clean install
- Fixed invalid 'Parkinsans' font by replacing with 'Public_Sans'
- Updated font configuration in layout.tsx and globals.css
- Updated dependencies for React 19 compatibility
- All UI components and authentication flows tested and working
- Dev server starts successfully with no font errors
